Tuscany is famous for its wines, extra virgin olive oil, cheeses (for example sheep cheese from Pienza) and salami (for example Cinta Senese, which is part of the products included in the certification known as D.O.P.) !
About all this we will talk while we go through the streets of the historic center, looking at the houses of the most important families of the Renaissance, the same that produced the wine that we will taste at the end of the tour.
We will get into the real food market, the perfect place where to know the local enogastronomy and taste some good products.
Finally we will sit down in a good location to have a Tuscan appetizer!
