In order to get the ticket in advance:
1- go to the official pagefirenzemusei.itand select the same day and time of the tour
2- 15minutes earlier, go to the ticket office just in front of the entrance and show your reservation number to get your paper tickets.
3- do not bring along heavy bags nor trolley
